I was in Toy's R Us last Christmas, the Sunday paper had come out and there was something in there I wanted for my daughter. So I ran right there (not really a run but rather a 40 min drive). I am looking all over for this item. When I ask one of their employee's where it was, they told me exactly what you said "If we had any they would be right over there". Turned out they were all out, I knew what it was. It was a way to get customers into the store, with hopes they would buy something else. I had gone there the very same day the sale started. They either didn't stock enough to hold a sale like that or they didn't really care. Ya know, now that I think of it, I haven't been back since!
